genetics employs people from more than two dozen different countries
and representing numerous areas of expertise. Our operations are based
at three sites, with our headquarters and genetics facilities in
Reykjavik, our chemistry group in Woodridge, Illinois, and our
structural biology group in Bainbridge, Washington.
deCODE's
research staff are organized into small teams, creating ample
opportunity for employees to learn and to develop their own approaches
to challenging research problems. The working language at deCODE is
English.
