Two decades of deCODE genetics

A thoughtful celebration and a recalibration of genomics for  human society.

 

On September 30th  2016, deCODE genetics celebrated its 20th anniversary with a conference at its headquarters in Reykjavik, Iceland.

With distinguished invited speakers and an audience of more than 200 scientists, the conference reviewed the revolutionary changes that have taken place in human genetics during the last two decades and highlighted deCODE’s contributions during the period.

Dr. Myles Axton, Chief Editor of Nature Genetics, chaired the event.
